Export feature not working for large datasets

When I try to export more than 10,000 rows of data to CSV, the export gets stuck at 45% and eventually times out. Smaller datasets export fine. Can you look into this?

API rate limit seems incorrect

I'm on the Pro plan which should have 10,000 API calls per day, but I'm getting rate limited after only 5,000 calls. My API key is configured correctly. Please investigate.
